Meet Darlene Colombo, the visionary Owner and Founder of Sunny Days Manufactured & Mobile Home Brokers, LLC. With over 20 years as an Executive Administrative Assistant in Construction and over 7 years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Michigan, Darlene is the driving force behind our success.
In 2018, Darlene and her husband traded Detroit for Ruskin, Florida, embracing 55+ community living. A seasoned Salesperson in this vibrant community, Darlene has earned trust and accolades for seamlessly navigating manufactured home transactions.
Currently a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Notary Public in Florida, Darlene's expertise goes beyond transactions. Michael Colombo Manager
I am Michael Colombo, Co-Owner / Manager at Sunny Days Manufactured & Mobile Home Brokers. With 50 years of experience in Commercial / Industrial Construction as well as 4 years of Real Estate experience, I have always been committed to “Doing it Right” the first time and putting the customer/client first.
I have a strong background in Project Management and have a proven track record of having success in bringing in projects on schedule and within budget. My goal is to continue to be successful not only for myself but most importantly for our clients.
When I'm not working for our clients, I enjoy working around our manufactured home and in my spare time enjoy visiting the many Florida attractions and sites as well as getting out on the road with my wife on our Harley Davidson motorcycles.
